We offer very competitive prices and you get to choose exactly the layout you want in the Lodge with your own personal decor and furniture.




Full compliance regulations, mains powered smoke detectors/battery backup, front porch light and TV aerial points to the lounge and master bedroom.


Fitted with a white bathroom suite complete with chrome fittings, 1 en suite shower, 1 family shower, fully panelled walls and extractor fan.


Fully fitted Kitchen from a choice of units and worktops.  To include as standard, stainless steel single electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan with space for Fridge/Freezer, Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher.


The roof and walls will be insulated to meet the required British Standards.

Central Heating

Gas combination boilers to all homes, installed and tested by a registered plumbing contractor to meet the latest requirements and regulations.


British Standard, UPVC with clear double-glazed units except for the bathroom and cloakroom which will be obscure glass double glazed units.


Moulded pencil round skirting/architrave and all finished in white gloss.


TV, Sky & BT points


Chrome effect door furniture on all internal doors.


British Standard high security doors and UPVC French doors where applicable with clear double glazed units.

UPVC bargeboards, soffits, fascias and cladding in CAN XL.

Paved car parking area for 1 car.

Timber Decking, 3 metres at front to wrap around to entrance door, including steps and plastic handrails.

Paths and patios will be concrete slabs and gravel.

Access to each property will be provided with a paved off road parking area.

The site landscaping will be in accordance with local authority approved site plans.


All properties carry a 2 year warranty provided by  Monger Caravan Resorts Ltd  from the date of legal completion.   All details of the warranty cover will be found in the pack provided to the purchaser upon exchange of contract for their solicitor.
